Cool Me Store Terms and Conditions
§1 General provisions
The Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding and performing a contract for the sale of goods available on the Store´s website.
In order to use the Store, it is necessary to have devices that allow access to the Internet, an e-mail account, and a web browser that allows you to view websites.
The subject of sale are the goods presented by the Store at the time of placing the order.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the “Cool Me” store run by Karolina Pawlicka as part of her unregistered business, in accordance with the provisions of the Entrepreneurs Law (Journal of Laws 2018, item 646).
The owner of the “Cool Me” store is Karolina Pawlicka, acting as a natural person as part of an unregistered business.
The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods, introduce and withdraw goods, grant discounts on individual goods, and conduct and cancel promotional campaigns. However, this does not in any way limit the rights acquired by Buyers; i.e., the changes do not apply to orders already accepted for fulfillment.
The store does not accept cash on delivery shipments sent to it.

§2 Placing orders
Orders can be placed via the store´s website.
Each order requires the provision of correct contact details and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming its execution.
§3 Order fulfillment
Placing an order in the online store means concluding a sales contract between the customer and the store owner, Karolina Pawlicka, under the terms and conditions set out in the regulations.
The customer is required to provide correct contact details and to read the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation of its acceptance to the email address provided when placing the order.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order for fulfillment. The sales contract is concluded when the store ships the goods to the customer.
Order fulfillment
Order fulfillment begins after the payment has been credited (in the case of prepayment).
Order fulfillment usually takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on product availability.
If the goods are not available at the time of order fulfillment, the customer will be immediately informed of the expected delivery date or possible cancellation of the order.
Order delivery
After the order has been fulfilled, the goods are sent to the customer according to the selected delivery method (Dpd courier and InPost parcel locker).
The cost of delivery and the waiting time for the shipment depend on the selected delivery method, and details are provided during the ordering process.
Delays in order fulfillment
In the event of a delay in order fulfillment, the customer will be immediately informed of the new shipping date.
If the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond the store´s control, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid.
§4 Payments

All prices listed on the website are gross prices (they do not include VAT, as the owner operates as an unregistered business).

§5 Delivery
Deliveries are made from Poland via courier companies.
Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and are specified when placing the order.
Shipping time is usually up to 2 business days.
On the electronic order form, the Customer selects the delivery method by checking the appropriate box.

§6 Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
To make a return, you must:
Inform the store of your intention to withdraw from the contract (email:office@coolme.online).
Return the product intact, with the tag and in its original packaging.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the store receiving the returned product.
The seller will refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund which does not involve any costs for them.
The Cool Me brand reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is used, dirty, damaged, without a tag, or in any way shows signs of use that prevent its further sale.
§7 Complaints
Complaints about a defective product can be made within 3 months from the date of purchase.
To make a complaint, please send an email containing a description of the defect, photos of the product, and proof of purchase.
Complaints are considered within 14 days of the date of submission.
Complaints regarding cracked graphics will not be considered if:
The product was washed with fabric softeners.
The product was not washed according to the instructions (see §8).
§8 Product care
Cool Me products should only be washed:
Inside out.
At a temperature of up to 30°C.
At a maximum washing machine speed of 800 rpm.
Do not use fabric softeners or fabric conditioners.
Ironing is only possible on the inside out.
§9 Personal data protection
By completing the order form, the Buyer consents to the processing of the data provided for the purpose of order fulfillment and service by the Seller, who is also the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which will come into force in Poland on May 25, 2018.
Personal data contained in the Seller´s database is not transferred to entities not involved in the execution of the order.

§10 Copyright and graphics
All graphics, patterns, and designs featured on Cool Me by Pawlicka products, including all products, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Karolina Pawlicka, the owner of the brand.
Copying, reproducing, using, modifying, publishing, or any other activities aimed at using graphics or designs without the prior consent of the owner are prohibited and constitute a violation of copyright.
In the event of illegal use of the graphics, the owner reserves the right to take legal action to protect her copyright and pursue claims.
The prohibition on the use of graphics applies to both commercial and non-commercial use without the owner´s consent.
§11 Final provisions
The regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the store´s website.
The owner reserves the right to change the regulations. The changes do not affect orders placed before they come into force.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code, shall apply.
